I raised the same issue for the Android app in #958

It seems that the Web Interface has the same problem. That is, I click on the notification for one task and when I return to the notification list mutliple other taks have their 'Read' status cleared as well.

I think i am happy that it is just certain categories of notifications that are clearing unexpectedly. And I agree that that is probably the right thing to do with those categories of notifications. So you can close this task if you want to. Thanks

Hi Andy, Yes. Thanks again! Can you please check if the notifications that turn to Read are all about tasks being completed? We will auto-turn them (eg., tasks being completed and assigned) to Read once you open the notifications (as there is no need to click into them).

Hi Crystal. FYI, this screenshot shows the opposite problem. https://www.screencast.com/t/ZYzxUgYvaQY I am sure i have clicked on both those notifications possibly in both web and Android apps but the Chrome extension (which i just found) showed them as unread.

Hi Crystal. I just tested the notification again. I think I only looked at one task via the Android app. As you can see in the video they mostly look unread which was good. But after I checked just one the rest were also showing as unread, https://www.screencast.com/t/GX0tUv7K

Re 'Does Chrome and Web notifications look the same', this video shows you what i see: https://www.screencast.com/t/oRJQ64fn It is almost the same - just one notification different. The Read status looks the same.

The clearing of the read status (incorrectly) is pretty consistent for me i think. It always seems to happen.

Hi Crystal. I will keep an eye out for that. I'm pretty confident that the tasks that clear unexpectedly are "You missed the deadline for" and "Remember to complete".
