Please note that starting the Free Trial will not lift the limitation on the storage quotas or member quotas. If you would like to remove these limitations, please upgrade your subscription.
Quire charges you a fee per user. If you upgrade to a paid plan, the final price is calculated based on the total number of members in your organization and its inherent projects. Please note that External teams members are also counted toward paid members.
If you have multiple organizations that share the same usage quota, you can avoid being overcharged by using Master Organization to link all of the organizations together and get billed with one invoice only.
Yes! The annual billing cycle is approximately 20% cheaper than the monthly billing option for all of the plans.
You can purchase Quire with any major credit card and Paypal. For annual subscriptions with Enterprise plan, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Please note that Quire payment process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service payment inquiries.
Since Paddle is a UK-based company, there might be additional oversea charges to your subscription. Please refer to the invoice as the final payment amount.
Yes! You can enjoy the new quotas and features of the higher plan immediately. When you upgrade your current plan or add more members to your organization, your account will be charged a prorated amount based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time you made the change.
Yes! The change will reflect in the next billing cycle.
Yes! If you choose to downgrade your paid subscription plan to another lower-tier paid subscription plan or remove users from your Quire organization, the credits will be issued to your billing account based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time you made the change. The credits will only be used when making new purchases. If you choose to cancel your subscription plan, we will not issue any credits. You cannot transfer the credits to another organization as well.
Yes! If you decide to cancel your subscription plan, the changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle. You can continue using your current subscription until expired.
After your subscription is expired, your organization will become read-only. You can transfer your data to another organization if necessary.
No. We don't offer refunds. After cancelling the subscription plan, you can continue using Quire until the end of your then-current billing period.
