Hopefully the attached videos can be viewed. One shows how multiple tasks have their Unread status changed to Read when I click on just one task.
The other shows that no matter how often I click on an Unread notification it's status won't change to read.(Sorry I don't know how to show clicks on screen)
Is this normal behavior? I am using the latest Android client.
I still have a few notifications that no matter how many times I click on them they remain in the Unread status. If someone on your team wants to look at it they are welcome. This is in the Android client.

Hi Andy, Here is an update for the 1st case: It could be that you have already seen the notification on the web app so when you entered the notification window on the mobile, the status changed to Read.

The issue where a notification (orange dot) still doesn't always clear. Not very often now. I can clear it by adding a new a new comment. Without adding a comment the orange dot just refuses to clear.

Hi Crystal. I was just checking the other task you commented on which I got to via the notification window. I've clicked on that notification 3 or 4 times now but it still looks Unread.

And I just killed the Quire application and restarted but it's still there (so not a caching issue?)

Thanks for the info Crystal. I am pretty sure that is not the cause for me. I don't use the web interface much.
Your answer suggests that the issue is not easily reproducible for you. It happens pretty much every time for me.

And logging out and back into the Android app didn't update the read status of our task.

Great. Thanks. That little window is pretty important for me.

Or maybe it is a cache issue. I just checked the Web version on my phone and the task shows as read there. Is there a way to force a full refresh in the Android app?
