When you upload a document and want to download it, you do not download the document, you download a file called "viewer.html" that is blank. Pass with PDFC, DOCX, XLS, etc.

Hi David, I just tried downloading an uploaded .docx, .csv, .pdf, etc. file, and it worked fine. What file format (eg., .docx) are you having trouble with? And what browser and its version (eg., Chrome Version 66.0.3359.139) are you using?

Hi David, Thank you for the info. I assume .docx, .pdf, .xls, etc. files all did not work for you. Can you please:

  1. Upload a .docx file to Quire for us to test it
  2. Try a different .docx file and let us know how it turns out

P.S. Did you log in Quire in the browser page and download the file in the same page?
