I would love to see a "dashboard" that would give me a general cross section of my tasks, progress, and upcoming work across all projects. Something like home... or ...u/dashboard. Quick links from that page could take me to the individual projects or tasks. Also, if there was a "user-to-user" chat, this would be the place for it.
Hi Corey, Thank you so much for the mockup screenshot. Since it is a “dashboard” and you mentioned that this view should include ALL projects, I assume “5923 - FO _ New…” and “PC Work Bench” are projects, and that the Snapshot view on the right displays the charts and graphs of each of the projects?

@crystal Thanks! I'm already using smart folders, but was thinking more about an informational "center" that would include project statuses and notifications pane. Not sure if this would be included in the "My Tasks" Pane... Also, aren't Smart Folders limited to 5 projects? Thanks again!

Hi Corey, What you can do is add a Smart Folder (of different projects from different organizations) and filter by “My Tasks”. FYI, we will show all tasks assigned to a user in his/her profile page in the future. Let me know if these help.

Crystal, The attached image is my idea. for a "Project Dashboard" or "Overview" screen. It was easier for me to do a basic "copy and paste" of the one project, but the idea would be for the right panel to list each project individually in (approximately) the space provided. Of course, clicking on each project title would take the user to that particular project. The Task pane is a sorted list from my Smart Folder. The only change from a smart folder is that this view would ALWAYS include ALL projects. Of course, filtering would be useful at this point, but it is a "dashboard" view, so smart folders would still be very beneficial. If you have any questions, please let me know! Thanks!
