It would be nice if the "open counter" of the shared link only counts unlogged-in visitors. Right now it's counting my own calls as well. This makes it difficult to see whether a customer has called up the list.
Exactly... I want to find out in a simple way if a customer has looked at the list. It doesn't need a time stamp or anything similar, the clean count of the click would be enough for me. A time stamp would of course also be great, but could possibly collide with the new "EU General Data Protection Regulation".

Hi Lounge4, The accessed times of a "shared link" should only count unlogged-in visitors now. 😃

Hi Lounge4, No worries. 😃 So you would like the number of access times to only count visitors who didn’t sign up Quire?

Hi Lounge4, Not sure what you meant by “open counter of external link.” Perhaps you can give us an example (with screenshot)? Thanks.

I am sorry that I was not able to express myself clearly. I changed my account for the screenshot from German to English now and saw that the link is called "Shared Link" and not "External Link", sorry. I changed the task name to "Visit counter" of Shared Link.

Hi Crystal, That's great! Thank you very much for the super-fast implementation! :-)
