In a project with the default filter of Active Tasks when all the tasks have been completed the filter icon dissapears making it impossible to change the view to review those completed tasks without creating a new task.

Sorry, it is a bug. Before we fix it, you can add ?filter=all to the end of URL to have the filter icon back.
