Hi

I'm a project manager at a translation agency - we have a lot of freelancers and your system is almost perfect for it. But I don't like that everybody in the external team can see who else is in team. And they can also see statics for all the tasks and so - all that kind of information should not be known by the external members.

Is there some way to hide all that?

Hi Actually that's how I do then have to assign a task to specific external member.

We have an overall team where our tasks are published - we use first-come-first-served principle (the first to comment on the task gets it). After that we assign the task to the person who was first to comment.

After the assignment we upload the files which have to be translated. The reason we do this is because the files are confidential and must not be added to the external team with all our freelancers :-)

Hi Madsna, It is not possible at the moment. Perhaps you can try adding one external team for each freelancer (eg., 10 external teams for 10 freelancers)?
