Support for Ctrl+Home, Ctrl+End, maybe a button to scroll home

Please add support for the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End to simplify navigation in long lists. I've expanded my long lists and was surprised that these shortcuts weren't supported (or were blocked). Would be cool to have them.

Also, many websites provide a button at the end of the page to scroll home. [ ▲ ] sort of thing. Might be useful if it's added in the right place and doesn't block the view.
