Adding multi attachements not registerd in task log

Hi, when adding multiple attachements to a task at once, there is only 1 file mentioned in the task log. Because of this it's not visible when certain files are updated in a task.

Might be interesting to have mouse over on the file names saying "added by John Doe on October 24th"
