I know this has been mentioned many times, but since I saw no any improvements so far and this annoys me, and makes my team members don't use notifications at all due to their unreadability, I must bring it back again.
Notifications are currently the biggest pain of Quire in my opinion. If you don't handle them in real time, you are screwed as of mess and unreadability. Current settings are not enough for big organisations with many projects.
- [Mobile App][Web] Action icons: #5441
- [Mobile App][Web] Project icons
- [Mobile App][Web] Group notifications about one task made within for example 5 minutes (now adding one task gives multiple notifications: add, assignee, tag etc.)
- [Mobile App][Web] Big notifications page with filters, groupings and sortings. <- Solves most of issues
- [Web] Obsolete if point 4 introduced Notifications per project: #5320
- [Mobile Push] Readability: #5439
- [Mobile Push] Sync: #5438
- [Mobile Push] Sound notifications: #5288
Hi @Raisag
Is there any update? Notifications are really the only big flaw of Quire currently. I am not even using them anymore, as they are just useless unreadable spam in big organisations.
Also this task got some favorites since then

Hi @Raisag
Was maybe there any further plans regarding notifications?
Saw lately you added delete button (anyway I can't really see any use case for it really).
It is the worst part of Quire in eyes of my team - if you aren't following notifications within 30-60 minutes, you are done. And not everyone can as well use filtering by "Unread" status. It causes a lot of lost comments awaiting reply everyday and ending that we must send task URLs on chat communicator, which shouldn't be case in that complex task management tool. Worth to point we had no issues in such Todoist which was way more poor in a lot of features.

Just a quick double-check.

Could you please elaborate more on project icons? Do you mean you would like to see the project icons in the notifications?

Hi @Raisag Are there any updates? Lately in very intense days I found it so hard to catch up with notifications that I just gave up fully. I wonder how much things I lost as main coordinator.

Hi Grox, Unfortunately, we don't have much good news yet about your feedback. Currently, our team is handling many projects. However, we have noted down your feedback, and we will make sure to let you know once our team has any updates. Thank you.

Hi @Raisag
Yes, it would help to actually see what project it is. I get notifications daily from like 5-10 projects mixed all around and it takes time to remember from where it is to know how it is related and should I make any action on it or can ignore.
Example project and action icons:

Hi, We've discussed your feedback again in our recent team meeting. Unfortunately, I don't have any new updates to share just yet. Our team is currently working on a few ongoing projects, such as custom field and automation features. Therefore, it might take a while before we can make enhancements to notifications. I understand this might not be exactly what you were hoping to hear, and I'm sorry about that. If anything changes or we have new updates, we'll definitely keep you posted. Thank you.
