#548: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed
Tag: Resolved

Hi,

after the addition of the "Normal+" user group, it looks like there is a bug in the project members overview. In some (but not all!) projects it looks like all Organisation members have access but this is not the case. See attached, an example project (named ID) with 4 members. It mentions there are 3 additional members but they are not granted. These 3 "fake" members also show up when assigning a task to a user. The Member count overview in the Organisation does show the correct members per project.

When browsing my other projects, it looks like the "fake" members are randomly over the diffrent projects but it might also have to do with the moment they signed up for Quire and the date the project was created.

Let me know if you need more details.

Ivo

Looks to be solved 👍

Hi Crystal,

just a quick update. The bug was still present so I did try a CTRL+R in Internet Explorer and this indeed solved the problem. FYI, I needed to refresh each project individually to update te member list.

Hi Ivo, Thank you for the explanation and screenshots. They are very clear. 😃 To help us investigate the bug, can you please try to ‘cache reload’ (by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R) and let me know if the message appears correctly then? Thanks a lot!

Hi Ivo, Got it. This bug should be fixed now. Please try it, and let me know if there’s still a problem. Thanks!

Hi Crystal,

looks like something changed already. Maybe everything was updated due to the fact my own rights where changed in that particular Organization. At least every impacted project gave me an "Your permissions in this project have been changed." notification.

So this one is solved now (Y)
