It would be great if you would allow for moving around of tasks (in the tree structure) while filtered and grouped. Currently the only way to move a task around the tree structure appears to be to ungroup the tasks and then do it. This is I believe unnecessarialy complex. All other changes (i.e. Tag, Priority, etc..) can easily be done through a single click, and therefore I believe that the ability to drag a task around should be dedicated to moving a task around the tree. This is the only way to move the task around the tree, so unless you decided to implement a method to allow for movement around the tree using some other action than dragging, this is what dragging should be dedicated to.

Currently, when you for example sort (aka group) by Date, you can drag a task from "Today" to let's say "Tomorrow."
Is this what you are looking for?
Or, you would like to move tasks around "in the same group" (eg. "Today") AND see the UPDATED tree structure after you un-sort and/or un-filter?
