with Quire it is quite easy - was even easier with Quire 1.0. .... The "my tasks" needs to come back...

I found a list with google with a check of different tools and lukily the last one mentioned was quire!!! Maybe because it was sorted by alphabet, but very fast I realized that one is different and I like it. It is cool you don't need do go into each section and task by clicking and the chat and details section on the right is great.
