I am importing this multi line item from my blog comment

I copied an outline list from both a browser window showing the outline and from a gmail I had sent. I can now try the google docs version
I copy the outline paste as a new item that doesnt work then i paste in the new item description field ..the window you show where it prompts for multiple items - that never shows
then i tried previewing and or saving the new item

From your video, I can see and replicate multi-line pasting on board view. The trouble I'm having is multi-line pasting on the list view. Is that not possible? In list view, I don't get the same dialog box, and the items just appear on one line.
For reference, I'm on OSX using quire's chrome app. Thanks for your help!

@CBroz - unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce your issue. I have copied your two items (directly from your comment) and Ctrl + V paste them into a board. Please see the screen recording for the results. They turned out to be two different tasks.
Could you please let us know your reproduce steps? If possible, it would be helpful if you can share with us a screen recording/screenshots as well. Thank you so much.

Hi Paul, I am sorry to hear that copy & paste is not working for you. 😞 I have just tried to paste an outline (eg. a bullet list) from a browser and an email content from Gmail into Quire, and they both worked fine. Did you try to paste into a project that is empty (aka no task at all)? Currently, you need to have at least one task in the project in order to paste. We are already aware of this issue and will fix/enhance it. Thanks for pointing it out.

I'm having trouble pasting multiple items into a board that already has contents. I have the following copied to my clipboard, but, when pasted, it shows as one line in my browser Quire. Is there a special character I should put between items?
Item 1 <Aug 1> Item 2 <Aug 2>
