How do I create a calendar for projects in outlook. Your instructions that I've seen are ambiguous at best

Hi Mike, To sync to Outlook Calendar:

  1. Select "Sync to calendar" from the Project Options and choose "iCal, Outlook and Other Calendars"
  2. Next, copy the link shown and go to your Outlook Calendar
  3. In Outlook Calendar, click on Add Calendar in the menu and select From Internet
  4. Paste the link you copied from Quire into the "Link to the calendar" field, enter a name, and then Save
