[BUG] Adding a task in a sublist ignores the projects's setting to add new tasks to the top, and instead adds the new task to the bottom of the project

ahh... I see this only occurs for the first task. i.e. if the sublist is empty.

After this, the new tasks appear relative to the existing tasks in the sublist.

However, this behavior is still unexpected. The first task added in a sublist should follow the project setting of whether to add at the top or the bottom.
