#324: Quire Feedback
Status: To-do

I sometimes want to save a bunch of URLs while doing research. Being used to Quire's extremely efficient user interface, the bookmarking services I've tried all frustrate me.

Manually saving URLs in Quire is too cumbersome, though. So, I'd like to suggest a bookmarking function as part of the Chrome extension. Right-clicking on the extension should show a "Save link" option.

One should be able to set a default project and task that links would be saved to as subtasks. When saving a link, a pop-up should allow (but not require) one to change the project and task, add tags, and allow adding an annotation.

The link title should then be saved as a subtask, with the URL in the description area. Selecting text on the webpage before saving can prepopulate the optional annotation field.

Hi Rikus, Great. 😃

Thanks, Crystal. This is a bit more specific than adding tasks, but it can potentially share functionality, yes.

Hi Rikus, Thank you for being so descriptive! I believe what you are suggesting essentially is being able to add tasks to Quire from any webpage via our Chrome Extension. If so, it is already on our list of to-dos. Once we get to it, I will let you know. 😃
