Is there a way to link a task to multiple projects?

**The use case would be for those instances where accomplishing one task will accomplish a task for multiple projects (killing many birds with 1 stone). For instance, in order to credential one provider with many insurance companies, a DEA license is needed. If that dea license expires, it will impact each ins company. And people who are working with that certain ins company ought to be informed of that change of status.
