After introduction of Quire Sublist (great feature btw) it become not possible to preserve focus on task selected on Kanban view after switching to list view. Previously I was even able to do this with hotkey (cmd+() (it was before Overview tab become pemanent (#2738)), which was VERY convenient.
Hi @glebsam , thank you for your feedback! I will bring this to our team and keep you updated.
Could you explain more about this comment? Thanks for your help!
another way to jump quickly from Kanban board to the tree view (ideally if selected task would be top-level item, like "zoomed")?

Maybe there's another way to jump quickly from Kanban board to the tree view (ideally if selected task would be top-level item, like "zoomed")?

Hi @glebsam , I'm afraid you could only hit ) again to skip the Overview tab. At this moment, we don't have a way to hide the Overview tab.

@vickyp , I mean, when I have focused (selected, highlighted) task in Kanban view, I want to hit some shortcut and switch to list view and preserve the focus. Feel free to ask me more about this, if this explanation is not enough 🙂

@vickyp It's not only about hiding of owerview tab, but also about preserving focus on task while switching between list and kanban views, and it worked before Quire Sublist feature rollout.
