I'd really like to have control over the wording of the messages sent to team members as task due dates are approaching. I find the default wording unnatural and awkward. "Here we write" is not something I'd ever write.
Being able to modify a template with tokens representing various bits of Quire task/project content would be great. I'd like control over both the subject line and body.

Hi Crystal, I'm just saying I'd like to be able to craft my own messages while incorporating relevant Quire data - e.g. recipient name, task name, project name, task due date, task URL, etc. I simply want to craft a custom message in a manner similar to creating a mail merge document.

Hi Steve, Thanks for the suggestion. What sort of tokens or layout do you have in mind for the template? By the way, the wording does seem unnatural and awkward. We shall consider refining them (eg. to something like "We are writing...") too. Thanks again!
