The calendar sync does not seem to be a continuous sync, only a single sharing of quire project data.
Is a continuous sync going to be a possibility in the future?
Hi Tara, May I ask which calendar you want to sync to? Take Google Calendar for example. The initial sync to the calendar should be instant, but updates made in Quire may take a while - sometimes up to 24 hours - to reach the calendar. For Apple Calendar (iCal), you can choose how often you would like it to auto-refresh (eg. every 5 minutes) when you go to this calendar app to subscribe. Let me know if these help. 😃

Hi Tara, We have tried it and dug around. It seems there is no option to set to refresh for Outlook Calendar, unlike Apple Calendar. 😞 We are currently investigating the issue with continuous sync. When we come up with anything, I will let you know! Thank you in advance for your patience. Regarding your second question, it is not possible at the moment. My guess is that for you it takes time to sync each and every one of your projects to the calendar and so you would like to do it in one-click? We shall consider it. 😃

Hi Tara, Here may be a way to refresh your Outlook Calendar! First, you go to Tools -> Account Settings -> Internet Calendars and double-click on the calendar to make sure the “Update Limit” checkbox is unchecked. Then, you go to Tools -> Send/Receive -> Send/Receive All to refresh the calendar manually (more info here). Please let me know if it works. Thanks!

I would like to sync with outlook. How often can that be set to refresh? And how? I have another question: is it possible to sync all the organisation's projects, or e.g. all your favourite projects in one go/calendar? Thank you for your quick response
