Will there be a way to include Assignee roll by task? For example, using our RACI, Distinguish responsible, accountable, consult, inform. I am most interested in accountable and responsible. An assignee will have different roles in different tasks. We can’t assume a manager will always be accountable, especially if they’re working with people in their hierarchy. Thanks

I would be estatic with the ability to designate roles to assignees. Since you can already add multiple, the only thing missing is a field that links to the email address.

Hi Patricia, After discussing with our team, basically, we won’t be implementing this RACI chart concept any time soon, but we will still keep it in mind. For the problems that you are trying to solve:
- Assign the tasks to the person who is actually executing the tasks.
- Other members who are accountable/need to know the progress of the task can use our Board to do so. You can use the board to track the progress visually and follow up periodically. Also, could you please explain more on what you meant by “ you can already add multiple, the only thing missing is a field that links to the email address.” Thanks.

Thanks. The problem I am trying to solve is the following: A front line role is responsible for executing the task but nothing happens if they do not do the action. An administrators is legally accountable. For sure the visibility will help the administrator follow-up periodically, and if they see I am tracking it, I have an even better chance of it happening without special time-consuming meetings involving lawyers etc... I also want to avoid the confusion of who is expected to do what.
